Raek is looking for Customer Service Representatives to research and respond to Inbound customer inquires. You will also review and update customer records. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. We are looking for people who excel at customer service, are comfortable on the phones.

Job Description

Will be assisting customers via the phone, resolving issues as needed, updating customer records.

Skills

  • Superior oral communication skills on the telephone
  • Good written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • 1-2 years of office experience desired
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation

$30,000 to $36,000 per year
